- Follow up leads utilizing MARKETSHARP CRM
- Effectively collect information about homeowners.
- Schedule future sales appointments.
- Maintain knowledge of current rebate rates and incentives.
- Communicated professionally and courteously.
- Effectively communicate financing options to clients.
- Work in conjunction with the administration and sales staff throughout the sales process.
- Meet monthly sales quotas.
- Attend mandatory meetings and training programs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- At least one year in call center environment.
- At least one year of experience with inside sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule. Days & Hours are Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm.
- A willingness and ability to learn and take direction.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite products.
- Must be punctual, professional and have a great over the phone presence.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
- High school diploma/equivalent (or higher).
- Prior sales experience.
- Hourly wage plus commission
